Let me introduce myself……

I’m Krazybrit…..I’m an middle-aged government worker with a job as a babysitter, you know this job better as a Supervisor.  I supervise nine women of various ages, from sixty years old to twenty-something.  All with their own quirks and all worried about either getting their jobs cut, their salaries cut or their breaks cut…due to a group of people who thought…..’why not give some people who really cant afford to buy a home, a mortage they can’t afford.’

Yes, that’s the American way…..opportunity.

The truth be known, I’ve got an interesting prospective…I’m a duel citizen of two countries.  England and US of A.  Now MY LUCK is that both countries are messed up economically….so I’m at a loss no matter which country I claim.  I’m in it for the very long haul…no escaping here. 

So here I am sitting at my desk looking at a mountain of paperwork, trying to figure out how to get nine women to do the job of twenty.  Not a pretty sight.  Now these are very smart women who know that they are doing the job of twenty.  Unfortunately, they’re not willing to always pitch in.  Thus my job to motivate……

So here I am sitting at my desk looking at a mountain of paperwork….all of which needs to be processed by the nine unmotivated women….

So here I am sitting at my desk looking at a mountain of paperwork…unmotivated to motivate nince unmotivated women…… oh did I tell you that we may be facing layoffs?

So here I am sitting at my desk looking at a moutain of paperwork….did I mention the mountain of paperwork is growing…unmotivated…having to motivate nine unmotivated women to do aforementioned growning mountain of paperwork…..

So here I am sitting at my desk with an unlit match next to a mountain of paperwork…unmotiatated…having to motivate nine unmotivated women to process a growing pile of paperwork….for a larger amount of people getting laid off…so these laid off people, who used to own the aforementioned mortages that they couldn’t afford and are now facing the fact they are going to lose their happy overpriced homes……

Now we get notice that we’re not getting any incentives to motivate our subordinates in our supervisor’s meeting, the unlit match is calling my name….the laid off families are lining up outside our office….the nine unmotivated women are calling in sick….we’re getting bad press in the local newspaper……my boss, the manager is getting furloughed…..my nine unmotivated women are not getting their yearly cost of living…….more paperwork is brought into my office….

Let me introduce myself….I”m Krazybrit….going krazy babysit..er..supervising nine unmotivating women, not being very motivated myself, having to get a growing pile of paperwork processed so that a growing line of laid off people can get money to keep a roof over their family’s head and their bellies fed and me and my nine unmotivate women can keep our jobs….if they don’t get cut.  And here I sit with an unlit match…..

Welcome to my world……..

Now cut me some slack, don’t get me wrong…

I am thankful I have a job, a roof over my head, a great team of nine unmotivated women…when they come to work, an unemployed husband, four wonderful physically grown married children and their spouses, and three beautiful grandchildren….who could ask for anything more?
